AmberScope is our revolutionary new approach to finding patents in a visually intuitive and very efficient manner. Simply enter a patent number of interest (for example your own patent, a competitor's patent, or a patent you found in a more conventional search), and then explore all of its connected patents (via its patent citations).
A video introducing AmberScope is found here.
Too simple to be useful? Behind the simple interface, AmberScope employs some sophisticated algorithms to help make it obvious what connected patents are worth looking at. You can start to gain a understanding on how many similar patents there are to a given patent, There is also the ability to 'walk the net', to hone in onto new patents by refocussing the network on a relevant patent you have found.
AmberScope is free to try without any registration or credit details required. However this 'Free Taste' version does have a couple of limitations, in particular that the details for all odd numbered patents (e.g US6123455) that the system finds are hidden. Despite this limitation, unregistered users should be able to quickly gain an understanding of the potential of this system.
And for a restricted time only, we are offering the full functionality of AmberScope in a free beta trial.
Simply enter some simple details in our registration page (again no credit card details required) and you will have unrestricted use of AmberScope until the beta trial ends, which we expect to be very early in the beginning of 2013. After this beta trial ends, access to the full versions of AmbeScope will be available via a range of plans designed to meet the needs of occasional, regular and heavy users of AmberScope.
Ambercite and its products including Network Patent Analysis (NPA) and AmberScope analyse patent data using a statistical based approach that is based on available patent citation and ownership data. These outputs are purely mathematical in nature, and do not take into account the personal or professional opinions of any individuals or associates of Ambercite. These outputs are intended to be used as tool to help support further analysis, and should not be used by itself and without professional advice on the relevancy of this data to your unique circumstances. Data should not be relied upon to prove without any further analysis any opinion of the value, patentability, validity, freedom to operate or infringement of any patent, patents or inventions. Users should also be aware that available patent citation data is imperfect, and this will affect the results of this analysis. © Patent Analytics Holding Pty Ltd.
